Looking for Disney Brer Rabbit cards ..

I am searching for more information on the Peanuts Movie Cards that were inserted into a Sports Illustrated for Kids magazine. I understand they were included in an issue in 2015, but cannot find the exact monthly issue. I have seen some of the cards for sale, but I'm also interested in adding the full magazine with the cards intact to my Peanuts collections. I have included a picture of the cards I was able to find. Does anyone have more information? Much appreciate any assistance. Thank you! Here's a picture for reference:
